A little bit about me

Agile adventurer

I'm an ICAgile accredited trainer. I have co-created (and I facilitate) a Business Value Analysis training class that sits on the Product Ownership track. I regularly speak and attend Agile conferences, training and workshops. I work with Red Tangerine to do all the consulting and training. From Design thinking, customer journey mapping and Product ownership

Learning

Conduct qualitative (Field Studies, 1-2-1 Interviews, Focus Groups, Participatory Design, Card Sorting, Diary Studies, Customer Feedback) and quantitative (Surveys, Card Sorting, Concept Testing, A/B Testing, Remote Usability Studies, Click Analysis) research on the users and create Personas, User Stories and Task Flows. If the product already exist I'd start with Product Heuristics, competitor analysis and compare User Journeys

Collaboration

Using Design Thinking techniques to help empower the whole team to own the UX. Using techniques to increase collaboration, such as Storyboarding, roleplaying, bring along to user testing sessions and more. Visualise as much of the deliverables, research and testing results whenever possible
